OMFG these kick ass, the aim buddylist doorclose wav had a ton of kick in the sub and damn these speakers are tight!

speakers are 53 watts each and sub is 188 watts, and it hits nice!!!

Yeah, they are nice, I have a set of the as well and actually had to turn down the bass a hair because they thump so well. My roomies and neighbors were getting a bit annoyed

The DOD 2.0 menus sound like my room is exploding.

Hey YARDofSTUF... didnt I tell you that system kicked ass?

So far I've had 4 visits from the cops and 2 from the neighbors. The cops say "Turn that sh*t down" and the neighbors say "WTF is that?"

I love the look of that woof woof

Any particular reason for choosing these? Do you know how they compare with the soundblaster/cambridge soundworks and altec lansing versions?

(I am thinking of getting a 5.1 setup sometime to complement the audigy... just need to rob someone first...)

got mine still in a the box. not gonna install them until i move at the end of the month.

i have two new unpacked toys to play with....

compaq P910 mitsubishi diamondtron 19" monitor (to go dual with my KDS AV195TF sony FD trinitron 19") and my logitech Z560's

these are 41 only but i would say much better than cambridge or altec, i'd put these against klipsh and i'd say it would be very close.

plays some system of a down and iron maiden on them and it was great how the symbols adn bass pedals came out!

got 4 channel sound hooked up now, i find m3d is best with 2 channel, dont even need it if u got a 4 channel sound card, NICE!

Yeah the klipsh would be the ideal choice but then I'd have to rob 2 people

I did some scouting around and it seems that the logitechs are the only set with a decent woof woof in this price range (certainly looks that way!) but I would like a 5.1 system... when do reckon they're gonna make a 5.1 set?

when this 4.1 set doesnt cut it, so not for a while
