Found this and it works well with OE4 and up to organise your favourites list with icons. It is also good at updating dead links etc.
It's small and eazi to use.

There are many good little assist type programs put out for free by PCMag. I have only tried a couple of them so far but I will try more as the days go on and post the good ones.

From what I can see it will update the icons for each address in the favorites list. That's what happened to mine.
Those addresses that had no icon, it applied the Explorer icon to them.
I think the best feature is not the icon placement because that is a cosmetic thing and not really necessary. The best is the checking and updating of the links so they are current and the info it gives.
