outlook error

What do I do if I get this, I don't wanna lose all my emails

Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the specified folder location. File access is denied. You do not have the permission required to access the file C:\Documents and Settings\JLR\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst.

ok sorted I set my JLR folder to read me only
