TCP options string = 020405b40103030201010402

MTU = 1500
MTU is fully optimized for broadband.

MSS = 1460
Maximum useful data in each packet = 1460, which is equal to MSS.

Default Receive Window (RWIN) = 256960
RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 2 bits
Unscaled Receive Window = 64240
RWIN is a multiple of MSS
Other values for RWIN that might work well with your current MTU/MSS:
513920 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 8)
128480 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 2)
64240 (MSS x 44)

bandwidth * delay product:
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 10278.4 kbps (1284.8 KBytes/s) @ 200ms
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 4111.36 kbps (513.92 KBytes/s) @ 500ms

MTU Discovery (RFC1191) = ON

Time to live left = 48 hops
TTL value is ok.

Timestamps (RFC1323) = OFF

Selective Acknowledgements (RFC2018) = ON

IP type of service field (RFC1349)= 00000000

I have downloaded and installed cablenut,speed patch and Brower patch. My internet pages load a lot quicker, but my download speed have not increased. My Modem speed is 512kbps download and 128kbps upload. My downloads using I.E 5.5 at Barrysworld.com are between 70-75KB/S is this good or can it be improved.

Have you asked your provider if you have a cap implemented? Who is your provider? Is this cable or dsl connection?
If your capped, no amount of tweaking is going to help, your not going to get over your capped limit. I'm not trying to sound like a storm trooper, but when you did your speed tests, were they done at an off peak time? :)
By the way, Welcome to speedguide!

My tests were done at peak times, but there not much differents between off peak and on peak with my downloads.I am using a Cable Modem which I think is capped at 512kbps download speed. My ISP is NTLWORLD in the UK.

512kbps=about 64KB. If your capped at that 512kbps, I'm afraid your not going to get much better then what you have so far.
I'd check with your ISP to make sure of the cap, but it looks like it's as good as it gets. Are you having any packet loss? :)

My Cable Modem is Capped. I don't get any Packet loss. 70Kb looks like the best I will get.
Thanks for your help

Unfortunately you are capped at 512kbps down as NTLWORLD in the UK caps at that speed. My upload surpasses it anyday even on a bad day. Unfortunately Halflifer has me beet right now :(
