any way to use DSL and cable at the same time?

just wondering if anyone knew of a way i could use both my DSL and my cable on the same computer at the same time?
any replies are appreciated!

I tried to think with all possibilities and scenareos. I will give you credit for originality. You are the first guy I heard who asked that question. Another scenereo here applies like having two dialup modem connection with one machine. One using AOL another using Mindspring. There is a conflict.
