ok short version... win 7, verision dsl 1.3 and .35, thats the fastest available in my area. tcp/ip settings are showing v4 enabled with auto config. on. can i or should i enable v6 to work at the same time with v4. If i can, will this speed up internet speeds?????

No, IPv6 won't speed anything up. Whether or not it will even work depends on what your ISP supports.

IPv6 will allow you to connect to sites that are on IPv6. At present there are very few such sites.
