FedEx Tracking

Post by YARDofSTUF »

Is it always so delayed and uninformative? Haven't dealt with FedEx in a while, but it feels like I'm going to get my package before the tracking updates from its initial scan.

I have found the tracking system to be very lacking. So, yeah, it will probably get to you before the tracking info updates.

USPS tracking is far worse than FedEx.

FedEx that is sent via USPS on the last hop is probably as bad as USPS.

I was going to say the same as nwrickert, USPS tracking seems to be the worst.

Depending on the service and the pickup or delivery point, Fedex does use outside carriers that do not have access to their system and updates aren't done until sometimes the next day when the ppwrk comes back from the carrier.

Well, I had 1 package coming via FedEx and another via USPS. USPS updated every day, FedEx finally updated today, the 6th day.

And it was suppose to be here today. They said they deliver till 8pm, yet at 6:30pm they updated tracking to say no delivery attempted will try tomorrow.

I think I'm gonna do my best to avoid FedEx in the future.

See if you can get them to admit a service failure and refund your money.

They all suck, some are worse than others. Funny thing is they KNOW where their Trucks are.
