Need some opinions

I know these cameras are pretty similar but if you had to choose between the canon sd780 IS or the canon sd960 IS which would you choose?

Reason I ask is I own the sd780 IS I cracked the screen and sent off to canon for repair they said they will fix it for like 135 bucks total or will upgrade me to a refurbished sd960 IS for same price.

Thanks I saw the youtube comparison its not useful at all in terms of specs. The article is informative, seems like the 960 is a slight upgrade. So for the same price I guess I'll take it :-)
