Obama to appear on "The View"

Post by Prey521 »

Talk about being hard up for a ratings boost on the Administrations part. Desperate times call for desperate measures. :rotfl:

http://content.usatoday.com/communities ... he-view-/1
The ladies of The View will have a special guest this week. President Obama will tape his appearance on the gabfest Wednesday for the show that will air Thursday. A press release states that he'll discuss "his administrations accomplishments, jobs, the economy, the Gulf oil spill and family life inside the White House." It's his first appearance on the show since he was on the campaign trail in 2008.

Obviously his appearance on the show is a sign of his failure in office.

Because Presidents do not appear on day time talk shows. He's just looking for a ratings boost, nothing more, and probably a BJ from Joy Behar, who thinks that he's God and can do no wrong. :D

Managing a household while caring for the children's needs does not qualify as work, until of course one pays for someone else to do it.

Well once you couple that demographic along with the people that do work and DVR the show, I'd say your assertion wasn't entirely true.

You are just talking out your ass, JC. I doubt you have any clue what the employment rate, of the viewers, for this T.V. show is.

How does that prove the majority of viewers, for this show, don't work?

He's posturing...nothing more. What's sad is that there is no objectivity or critical analysis in politics or political discourse...even here on SG it's been dead for a very long time.

Or more pointedly, it's agonal breathing.

Apparently, some are more interested in whining, moaning and being pissed off, then actually educating themselves. Kind of ironic, with all this hollering, some do, about people being lazy and slackers, but yet, it seems, not much effort is spent to look past the headline of their preferred "news" source.

Political discussions invite unvarnished subjectivity.

It doesn't. But it gives a .00000001% credibility to his arguement. Do you watch the show? Do you have a job? Maybe it will be the new SG poll.

obamamambajamba brings the office of the presidency to new lows with his attempt to pander to his quickly withering white female voters with scintillating talk of how sexy he is. :rotfl:
