It is interesting that they send data back to their servers, after scanning.. and there is no mention of that on the download page. (Ex: Privacy statement or TOS) Not knocking the program per se, just a observation.

Important IMO for their end to help better its effectiveness....similar to SuperAntySpyware, or Microsofts SpyNet, etc.
It does state that it will gather info on your computer in the EULA as you run the program....before doing a scan.
