anyone run the trial yet ?

i can't get the GPU /CUDA enhancements to work on my system, i have the latest drivers and my card should be supported :(

I downloaded and ran the trial of CS5. It lists my gpu fine, don't have a cuda supported card to check anything about that.

The eraser, lasso, and pen are sure sluggish.

Content Aware looks awesome in web demos but doesnt do much for me. I'll stick with Paint.net.

fixed it in regedit, adobe has a patch coming out, but not sure when..............

hell,parts of CS4 are sluggish on my dual core 2.2 with 4gigs of ram !

I need to set up a faster bigger better pc to use cs5 in all it's glory,

I'm still learning CS4 anyway LOL

there are some cool new things for sure, you can change brush size and softness by control key or shift key now, not sure which one.

plus the eyedropper tool has a new on screen wheel that pops up with shift key, freaking cool and a time saver.

plus other things, the brush engine is very much more advanced now as well.

Works quite nicely on the macbook. Of course, I have yet to really put it through all of its paces.
