where can i get off lease auction cpu to buy

i need to get about 15 - 20 cpu i'm sure alot of company resale their computer where iss the best site to search or buy off lease computer or cpu, with or without hard drive is there any auction site

I do not know of any place that sells off-lease 'CPU's.

There are some places that sell Desktops/Laptops that are off-lease.
