selling the R6

Post by mountainman »

I bought the R6 last year after my accident on the SV650. Nine months later, I realize that I don't get to ride it much so I put it up for sale.

The new owner is coming to get it tonight.

New set of golf clubs is the replacement...

golf clubs < R6

That is quite the switch of hobbies. I hope you enjoyed the bike while you had it.

I golf too, but I never get a chance to ride the bike. If/when we move to FL, I'll probably just get another there. Ohio and motorcycles are a terrible mix. (No, golf isn't much better.)

Selling your bike is insane. Trading it for a set of golf clubs deserves a trip straight to the mental institution.

I just picked up a 2002 Suzuki Katana 750 - not the sportiest of bikes, but it's not too bad for long rides and has enough "pep" for me. Congrats on the sale....and purchase of the clubs...I think?

I'll have to get one when the kids are old to to either ride or watch themselves at home. At that point, I'll be able to ride MUCH more.

a friend of mine traded his bike with someone for a 4 wheeler... much more fun to play with than the bike. I've got a 4 wheel drive Honda 4 wheeler.. winch and everything.. love it! Bury it in the mud whenever I get a chance! :thumb:

4 wheelers don't make your balls tingle.

horses sometimes crush them, not tingle them. crotch rockets, depending on how long you ride, make them tingle even after you get off the bike. then there is the thrill/adrenalin that you get from a bike you cannot get from a four wheeler even if it has a powerband.
