I have a Kingston 50x card,what type of difference would I notice going to a 133x or 266x ?

and what quality setting do you use most ?

Its probably the write speed. If you shoot in burst mode if the write speed of the card is slow your camera will stop shooting till the card catches up. For the most part I use the full auto setting if I go over to Av or Tv I have the camera set up to do Fine + RAW format.
