I've run all tests (results follow) which seem to indicate no change in speeds. Orange.fr want me to use their DSL tester (http://www.orange.fr/bin/frame.cgi?u=ht ... dub%3D2%26)
before they'll admit to/change anything, but when I try to use it (as hosted on their site), their server is down, and has been for two weeks!!

It's cost me nearly €40 in calls so-far, and still no joy.

Could someone please confirm these results for me, so I can (justifiably) scream abuse at them?!
