If you have a firewall that keeps logs and has some intrusion detection system in place it'd be good to check that.

One of the more important things.....your nightly backup

Central antivirus control panel..monitor workstations, server, e-mail server.

E-mail server...spam quarantine

WSUS...keep network up to date...Windows and Office updates

Hard to think of more items without knowing what runs on your network.

I agree with this one highly. Seen a lot of costly mistakes because things were missed.

Yes indeed! Back ups! Nightly Back ups!

Also, if you have bandwidth limitations on your internet or email, you may want to monitor usage...

Make nightly back ups and verify integrity...

Updates are very important for all progs, especially antivirus, antispyware, OS and apps such as Office.

Back ups are extremely important...

As SCat said, your email quarantines/blacklists and such...

Oh, did anyone mention BACK-UPS?

In addition to your firewall logs, perhaps server event logs...

Don't forget your back ups! ;)
