Overall it was a great series, but because of them squeezing so much into season 2, season 1 was much better, had a great flow.

The ending was alright, but not enough. They really skipped over too much.

It was a series that I grew to really enjoy. I will miss it that's for sure.

Me too, but they skipped over Cleopatra alot, one episode octavia gets married, the next she has a 4-5year old daughter?

I think it needed at least 1 more season.

I agree, one more season would have been nice. But the series was great. I had my doubts when it started. What made it great is that it had great sub plots and the acting by everyone was incredible.

Great show. The ending was good. I was hoping for more fanfare, but it didnt disappoint. I wish there was a 3rd season too...

The main reason why they (bbc) only did two seasons was due to the high cost of production right?

Is it me or did they leave A LOT open at the end just in case another company comes in to start it up again? Wishfull thinking I guess. I want more!!!!

Wishful thinking. Stuff was left open but then the timeline moved on too, it wasnt liek teh ending was left open.
