password protect

i hope this is the right are or if anyone could point me to a copier forum
i'm looking to buy a copier that has this feature
meter and password protect copying for each staff that cost below $1000 either colour or B/W i know it exist but i dont know what model or manufadctor to look for any help please

We have a Canon at work that allows password protection so people don't do this at work...

I've never worked on a commercial copier that didn't have a password protection option. Or do you want something more sophisticated like setting up groups within the scanner/copier itself?

thanks prey i'm looking for something simple
i have a internet cafe and i need to monitor the copier
so i'm shopping for something simple that has a meter and password protected so each 3 employee will have their own password each employee have to enter their own password to make copies after which i can get report of how many copies was print and by who
i'm not there to monitor so i dont them to have a joy ride i need a good colour copier under $1000 with those feature
? when there is a power outage for 2 hours or less will it loose the setting
