Removing un-unsed startup entries

I've never managed to figure out how to remove them. If you're unsure what I'm speaking of, here is a picture.

registry editor > look here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\MSConfig

Think I've found it:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\MSConfig\startupreg
(Un-used entries stored here?)
