Loading Raid Drivers on Clean Install

Post by Larkina »

Are there drivers to be downloaded when performing a clean install at F5 for a simple Raid 0 or striped set configuration on the Windows Xp CD? If so, what are they? I'm using 2 IDE Western Digital hard drives. I know it states that if you have any 3rd party drivers to press F5 to install. I was wondering if this applied to a Striped setup also? Thank you.

F6, and yes you need the drivers.

Only cards XP has drivers for are some older Adaptec, Myslecx(sp) and LSI, nothing thats common on motherboards today.
