Upgrade her computer?!?!?!?!

My secretary (shown here) says I should replace her computer (shown in the background) but I’m not so sure. Given that all she does is word processing (and some personnel service for me now and then) should I upgrade her computer?

One of “the boys” took an upgrade/transfer to another state. Given fair hiring practices, equal opportunity and a diverse workforce, I was more-less forced to hire this woman. Should I think about filing an EEO complaint?

that thing looks like a POS. buy a cheapie dell for 400 or 500 bucks and it'll be PLENTY for word processing.
