Now I just watched this trailer, and I knew everything they were talking about until the issue of the Gov. unrightfully taxing us came up. I know there are a lot of intelligent conspiracists on this forum so I want to hear their take on the subject.

The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.
