Need help to check my speed

I just got this cable connected from Comcast Jacksonville,FL USA.I ran a test on PassMark Performance Test 6.0 and everything ok.Now I need to make the following test for my cable speed and others steps to how I fix this problems that it lags like crazy in games online and browsing through internet.Can someone give a tip on this what to do.

ok, u get the same ping i do. I have mediacom though and i do experienc a ton of lag playing games online on any server.
