Programs going thru my firewall

Hey does anyone know if I should allow NT Kernel and System or General Host Process for Win32 Services thru the firewall. I dont wanna expose my compiuter....

These are the systems that allow you to connect to the internet period.. you need these so don't block them. Its mainly the controlling net factor of windows.
