Some are really wierd. This spam email was trying to sell me pharmacy drugs. But way at the bottom...

"Don't those singers dislike playing carelessly?.
That computer programmer isn't enjoying swimming behind the post office right at this time.
5.
10. Ninety six bottles of beer, three a's, three b's, one c, two d's, thirty six e's, three f's, two g's, seven h's, eleven i's, one j, one k, six l's, one m, twenty n's, twelve o's, one p, one q, six r's, twenty eight s's, nineteen t's, seven v's, seven w's, six x's, and five y's on the wall..
Did those bus drivers regret singing?.
That carpenter is practicing running at this time..
Did those news announcers dislike jumping?.
Don't you regret eating about once a week?.
I don't hate studying in London..
You are always missing reading..
Joseph doesn't dislike praying carelessly..
Toren came to me at age 32 months. He had 2 words: Ma Ma and Bye Bye. He could not focus, but ran around the room. His mother was convinced I was going to have him cured by his third birthday. I told her I was no miracle worker, but we'd do what we could during the next 4 months. Immediately we started structuring Toren's day. I went home and worked up a program called 'Toren's Nouns'. The first day I showed Toren the program, he looked at it for 10-15 seconds and then left the computer. The next day he stayed about 30 seconds. Each day he built up more time at the computer. By the second week, he would sit on my lap for 10 minutes pressing whichever word he wanted to hear. But he spoke no sounds, no words. Three weeks passed. I began berating myself. 'See, Jo, you thought this noun program was so great. Look at Toren, he's not learning anything.' The fourth week Toren walked over to the computer, picked up the overlay from the IntelliKeys keyboard, pointed to 10 different words and approximated each word. That day, I cried..
Wasn't Dick missing talking on the street?"

Maybe it's for bypassing spam filters?

That's exactly what it is. There was a poster here at one time called "accuspam" who predicted this (as did most of us working with Bayesian filtering) -- spammers are putting in "common" phrases that aren't picked up as spam to lower their Bayesian spam likelyhood and pass through that filter's check.

They're getting smarter.
So trade that typical for something colorful, and if it's crazy live a little crazy!

you are better off not even opening the email. If there are any links in it, they can tell they have gotten a "hit" and will just continue to spam a live mailbox. If you have Yahoo mail, disable HTML to be safe.

There is a paypal email going around.. thats hit my hotmail address twice.. its asking for you check to see if your needing an update on your info.. it asks for your email address and password.. but doesn't matter what you put in cause it takes you right to a strange address and the site looks exactly like the paypal CC setup page.. so they are trying to rip people off.. I've sent two so far to paypal's spoof address.
