It was fun, but it didn't look like the screenshots I saw a few months ago. A bit disappointed myself, but it was still fun.

Not like in the good ol' days of Doom2...

More and more I find myself wishing games were still of a reasonable size, but then I find myself my work would stay a reasonable size.. Multimedia is bulky... not to mention annoying..

It's gonna take forever. :-(

I'm a on 1.5mb line but it's not that reliable due to the fact that it's a satellite connection. :-(

My Computer > Router > Satellite in Space > Satellite at Main Office > Their T3 Modem > Internet > then reverse...

I'm still downloading anyway, though.

the menu, map, and controls work, but the main part of the screen is black, i only see the minimap and bar down on the bottom.

You sure you weren't just in unexplored territory? You try moving around the map? Sorry if that seems offensive, lol, just making sure it's not the obvious.

ya tried that had the exploded area in the center of the white box in the minimap
