Any software that can scroll browser page left and right by rolling the mouse wheel?

Post by alex298 »

Hello,

I can scroll up and down the browser page by rolling the mouse wheel up and down. However I cannot scroll left and right the browser page by rolling the mouse wheel.

Are there any "mouse wheel control" softwares that allow me to hold a key and scroll left and right of browser page by rolling the mouse wheel.

P.S. I know I can hold down the mouse wheel and move the mouse. However I don't like that feature.

I highly doubt that you'll find any software that tweaks the mouse wheel to scroll L > R because web pages are intended to scroll vertically by default.

Microsoft has a mouse that has a left right scroll feature on the wheel. Pretty cool, my friend has one.

Hello all,

Thanks! Why I never think of just using the left and arrow key? However the speed cannot be controlled and not very steady.

Try pressing the wheel till it clicks. The Up and Down arrows appear on the screen where you pressed the wheel. Move the mouse to the left or right of the arrows and the page will move either way.
At least that's what happens here. :D
Mouse is MS wheel optical.

Keyboard Left --> Left mouse button + Mouse wheel up
Keyboard Right --> Left mouse button + Mouse wheel Down
