Ok, now that I have all that bull----**** done. :D :D

I'd like some advice - What should I do/or what do my settings need to be?

But I don't know, lol. Please tell me!

Thanks.

The only real reason I am asking your oppinion, is because I can't figure out what's wrong, sometimes I can't even sign on the Internet. And that bugs me, when I really want to be on, LMAO.

I think I just have a bad ISP and should consider switching to something else.

I've always had trouble with Charter, but the only poblem is, I don't know where to get better internet.

Do you know any good ISPs?

well, i had a problem wit my net going out for several hours at a time. it went on for a couple months, then they came by after several calls to my ISP.

the technician looked around my house, and fixed a split wire in my cable. ;; yea. and he replaced my modem too. So not problems since. Oh, and i do live in an old house, so that can be the reason. age.

I say you should get a technician to look at your lines. thats wut i did.

It could be my lines, but I don't think it is.

I've heard seen some ****ty reviews about charter, that includes services.

Go to Dslreports.com, that's where I read the reviews.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm not too happy about my upload speeds either, lol. I share a lot of huge files with friends and it just takes to long to share.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
I don't know anything about internet, so I was gonna ask what's out there.

Anything faster, better, ect? :D

Well, LMAO! I had some old ****ty cable wire, which had some splits in it.

I guess the huge split in the cable was disconnecting me, I haven't been disconnected yet and my internet seems to respond better.

Thanks.
