What do you consider to beThe top, free, CMS and Portal scripts?
I've used both nukes, and didn't really care for either... They are too bloated.
I've tried Mambo, but there's issues with it that turned me off.
Xoops, I've never used.
E-107, a great target for beginning hackers.
Mx System, which is a portal that is used in conjunction with phpBB. I've tried this one, and IMO, it's sleek, has a lot of add ons, and the core comes with modules that are all very useful, so my pick at this time would be MX system. http://www.mx-system.com
