Modem Shareing

Our agency current uses a Shiva Lan Rover for our Modem pool and we have 3 modems connected to it and about 5 users at different time during the day dial out using this modem pool. Shive Lan Rover is not supported by Windows XP and therefore I need to find a something else to replace this modem pool with. I know that modem pools are becoming a thing of the past, but what replaces them? Has anyone tried Microsoft Modem Sharing Server? Would it work for what I am looking to do? Any help would be great!!

maybe a mod will move it for you...
