boot problem.

i was in the middle of a fresh install of WinXP, it was reformatting the HD, and preparing to install but sometime during the reformat the computer just shut off.

after this happened the computer refuses to get past the boot screen.

"at best" itll read:

then stall here.

other times itll only read portions of it. currently i only have the CPU, PSU, HD, CD-ROM, Floppy, Memory, and Vid Card plugged in.

Try clearing cmos and reconfigure the ide drives, you've got the dvd as primary and not the HD.
