Has anyone picked one of these routers up yet? They look impressive and I am tempted to get one.

Sure would be nice to here some comments first. Thanks for any replies.

Who needs tech support anyways? I mean seriously, I know I don't call tech support for anything these days. Alot of companies are going to paid support only. Take http://www.everyone.net for example, one of the leading email services out there for domain services. They have a yearly fee, which if you don't sign up for in the beginning they charge you double for it if you need it down the road.

As for the manual on the CD, picky I see?

I don't stand behind HotBrick specifically but we better get used to companies doing these types of things.

A lot of us in IT do. I've already called Sonicwalls support several times on several different issues.

well finally got the router on the weekend. It was easy enough to set up.

I do like the ability of limiting bandwidth per port. That way my kids can't suck all the bandwidth. hehe.

Anyway I have been very busy at work,, whats new, lol.

So really haven't played with all the bells,,, but I have a very sold connection.

Anyway probably should have looked into the company more before buying it but I have it now and we will see how things go.

Thanks for the input guys.

Here's the weird thing, a site I used to do tech support for http://www.datacities.com ..... well, just look at that website compared to http://www.hotbrick.com

Kinda weird to see a webhosting company who rents servers from large datacenters to all the sudden partner with a router manufacturer.... hehe, don't really know what to believe.
