Registered required over 1gb?

Post by touser3 »

Hi all, i am not sure if this is true which is why i am asking, but i heard somewhere that once you get over 1gb of ram the performance starts to degrade unless you go with registered. The reason i ask is i am going to be building a new comp soon and it will have 2gb of ram so i need to know whether to go with registered or unbuffered. Thanks in advance!
