Homemade soft tacos.

1.75 lb 1.25" roast slow cooked in oven bag

Shred the roast with fork when done to med wellness(barely any blood).

Add shredded meat to frying pan and sprinkle 1/2 tsp Tony Chachere's cajun spice over it.

Fry until meat is uniform brown

Add 1 cup water and one pack of Taco Bell seasoning. Bring to full boil then simmer at low/med heat, stirring often until liquid is gone.

Serve with warmed fajita size, flour tortillas, with fresh sliced lettuce, Kraft "Mexican Style- Four Cheese" shredded cheese, Taco Bell "Hot" Taco Sauce. I also have fresh, diced tomatoes and sour cream available for guests.

I had cream of mushroom chicken and rice Friday night for dinner.

4 pieces of chicken thigh. Fry garlic and the chicken together. Fry it until when chicken is brown then add a can of cream of mushroom and a full can of milk. Stir until the sauce boils and boil it a bit to have it thickens. Serve with rice.

Tonight I even added some beans in there. Yumm yummm.

The cream of mushroom goes really well with the rice so you only need to eat 1 piece of chicken (I left my chicken at the end cuz the sauce was so good). So this could possibly serve 1 person for 4 nights.
