hides file

anybodi know of a progz that hide a folder.. even if I go to folder option and click on view hidden folder and it will now show unless I wanted to be show.. and also in search... where u search for a certain files .. ex: .mp3 and it will not show up unless I wanted to? is there such a program out there? or is there anyway to do it? TIA
