start by posting what kind of equipment you have to work with, motherboard, ram, heatsink, current temps, etc.

start by raiseing the fsb some and keep the memory in sync if you have that option, also lock down the AGP bus to 66.

watch the temps and run prime 95 and memtest to look for errors, when you get errors raise the v-core 1 notch and try again.

vcore is the core voltage of the cpu, you can usually up the voltage by 0.05V at a time.

don't just put it all the way up in one jump though; maximum stability using the lowest voltage you can get away with.

extra volts means hotter cpu!

And a hotter CPU will require a bigger, fatter more efficient HSF in which to lose those extra degrees!

That is the start of advice, There is no possible way for anyone to help you unless we know what you are OC'ing. We can all spew OC'ing lingo at you all day but if your Motherboard does not have the enabled features in the Bios then it is a lost cause. Also what level of computer knowledge do you have? Do you know what the Bios is and how to access it? Plus is this a Maufactured PC or was it built(By you or someone else). If it is a OEM PC then don't bother with OC'ing, The adjustments in the Bios will not be there. That is the these are the first questions you should be answering.
