Please post a TCP/IP Analyzer test.

here ya go, also i am using sbc 1.5/128

TCP options string = 020405ac01010402
MTU = 1492
MTU is optimized for PPoE DSL broadband. If not, consider raising MTU to 1500 for optimal throughput.
MSS = 1452
MSS is optimized for PPPoE DSL broadband. If not, consider raising MTU to 1500 for maximum throughput.

Default Receive Window (RWIN) = 37752
RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 0 bits
Unscaled Receive Window = 37752

RWIN is a multiple of MSS
Other values for RWIN that might work well with your current MTU/MSS:
511104 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 8)
255552 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 4)
127776 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 2)
63888 (MSS x 44)
bandwidth * delay product:

Your RcvWindow limits you to: 1510.08 kbps (188.76 KBytes/s) @ 200ms
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 604.032 kbps (75.504 KBytes/s) @ 500ms
MTU Discovery (RFC1191) = ON
Time to live left = 55 hops

TTL value is ok.
Timestamps (RFC1323) = OFF
Selective Acknowledgements (RFC2018) = ON
IP type of service field (RFC1349) = 01011000

Precedence (priority) = 000 (routine)
Delay = 1 (low delay)
Throughput = 1 (high throughput)
Reliability = 0 (normal reliability)
Cost = 1 (low cost)

i did a test on Speakeasy.net and it says 1223 / 70

i use to get 11-13 uploads on the speedtest sites before applying the tweaks

also i was wondering in TCP/IP properties for the network card are you suppose to have "obtain an ip address" or "specify an ip address"

I would bet it's Speakeasy's test, possibly try another test. The settings you are refering to are in your control panel under the network icon - LAN connection - internet protocol TCP/IP.

yea, i was wondering in the tcp/ip properties if i should have

obtain an ip address or specify an ip address, checked?

whenever i had obtain ip address check sometimes i cant surf for a couple of minutes but with specify i did ipconfig and just put in a ip and it doesnt seem to do that

maybe that might affect the upload?

well thanks

If you have a dynamic IP then it sould be set to automatically obtain IP, if you have a static IP then you manually set it.
