Pig Roast Soiree at Cats Pad...the date nears

Post by YeOldeStonecat »

OK, gonna need a pretty realistic show of hands, as August I'm going to be somewhat scarce as I'm getting married (again), and going to the Dominican Republic for a while (honeymoon). I'd like to start really getting the details down for the pig roast, and will need to place the order soon.

So here goes another shameless plug for a pig toast I'm gonna host the weekend after labor day!

Hmmm...I'm starting to feel like it's not going to happen...not getting much of a headcount now of definites. Earlier seemed like it would be a good turnout....I've gotta justify spending several hundred bucks on a pig and spit roast, it's now looking like we're not going to have the crowd it initially looked like. Can I get some hands about who are definites?

What is the exact date?

Is it the weekend of Sept 5,6 and 7?

If so I am 99% sure I cn make it, but only for one day, I would need to come home that day more then likely.

Would it be Saturday I am guessing?

I just need to confer with the wife before commiting, which I can do tonight

I dont plan on drinking too much becuase I will need to go home, just a few beers like 2-3 is good enough for me

I really am not a heavy drinker, becuase I cannot drink that mcuh I get bloated way too fast, I can not get drunk on beers only on pure alcholol..lol

I will double check tonight and let you know

Also what is the exact city you are in i want to use mappoint to get an idea how to get there

Thanks
