if i should block "generic host process for win32 services" you see sygate asks me if i should allow or block it..i block it coz i don't know what it is..just to be on the safe side..

hmm..come to think of it, are there any other services like the aforementioned i should block?

i'm using xp pro and sygate..

It depends.

If it asks you to allow it run as a server, then say no. Otherwise, I see no problem with allowing it.
