Heres another stupid question but I need a little expertise.
How do I set the Administrative password in xp-ntfs and block other users from registry and system files?

If you mean to set a password in XP for you as an admin just go to control panel/user accounts/your account and set a password
Then if you want to set other accounts go to the same above and create a guest account with minimal options (you can configue them)
Dunno if that is what you ment though ?
