I currently have an ISP with one IP address. What would I need to use the Nexland Pro800turbo's load balancing? Could I buy another cable modem and get another IP address from my ISP? or do i need another physical line from my ISP

Thanks in advance

You need another connection to the Internet period. So for cable you need another pysical line. I would suggest getting DSL or some other completely different type of broadband.
