i got a chance upgrade my old cpu P4 2.2ghz northwood S478 for P4 2.66 S478 ....only 100 canadian bucks ...i think its not bad deal.
is there gonna be big difference ?

The "A" means its the Pentium 4 Northwood core (.13 micron) with the 400 MHz FSB. The "B" Northwoods support the 533 MHz FSB.
$100 seems reasonable. I would make sure you get everything with the CPU, including the stock heatsink and retail box, for warranty purposes.
