Why might it be having intermitten problems with setting the protocol to Kermit?
Plug-in? Or maybe something else?

I would appreciate any input or thoughts that you might have. Unfortunately I am not very educated in the way of modems. I am trying to make this as brief as possible so...if you have questions let me know.

I just don't know much about modems and the prtocols they use.

Just a thought - I mentioned that I was thinking that somehow the timing was off on the script. The way it does all of this is it compresses EACH file RIGHT before it sends it....thus using a good part of the CPU - while other users are logged onto these servers and working - could it be possible that over utilization of the CPU could be throwing the timing off?


Any thoughts?
