Problem with sound card driver

Post by smidley »

Hey I'm tryin' to fix this computer at work and I'm having a problem finding the soundcard driver. The one it says I need a driver for in the device manager is Yamaha DS-XG PCI Audio CODEC. Now I'm a bit confused as to why it says "codec" but o well. The OS is windows 98se. and I don't know what model the sound card is, I just know it's a yamaha card. Thank you very much for any help given.
