Columbia House's clubs are total rip-offs. Sure, you get a ton of CDs or DVDs free at first, but when you have to pay $25-$30 for a DVD you could drive to Wal-Mart and get for $15.95, AND pay for the shipping, it's not that great of a bargain.

It says straight out free shipping...cancel the membership.

:p

I'm not buying any myself but thought others might be interested.

They stick it to you some way, because I've been a member of both clubs in the past and "free" shipping has always equaled = you pay for it. Plus, you can't just get your free crap and then cancel. You're stuck for at least 3 more DVDs at inflated prices. Everyone shoot themselves......now.
