Try these and see if there is any difference:

DefaultReceiveWindow = 122880
DefaultSendWindow = 15360
DisableAddressSharing = 1
InitialLargeBufferCount = 100
InitialMediumBufferCount = 240
InitialSmallBufferCount = 320
LargeBufferSize = 81920
MaxFastTransmit = 64000
MediumBufferSize = 15040
PriorityBoost = 0
SmallBufferSize = 1280
TransmitWorker = 32
FastSendDatagramThreshold = 4096
EnableFastRouteLookup = 1
EnablePMTUDiscovery = 1
IgnorePushBitsOnReceive = 0
GlobalMaxTcpWindowSize = 31680
MaxFreeTcbs = 8000
MaxHashTableSize = 16384
MaxNormLookupMemory = 5000000
SackOpts = 1
SynAttackProtect = 1
Tcp1323Opts = 0
TcpLogLevel = 1
TcpMaxDupAcks = 3
TcpMaxHalfOpen = 100
TcpMaxHalfRetried = 80
TcpRecvSegmentSize = 1440
TcpSendSegmentSize = 1440
TcpTimedWaitDelay = 30
TcpUseRFC1122UrgentPointer = 0
TcpWindowSize = 31680
MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server = 20
MaxConnectionsPerServer = 10
DefaultTTL = 64
DisableUserTOSSetting = 0
TcpMaxDataRetransmissions = 6
DefaultTOSValue = 232

There are only a few minor changes and you probably won't see much difference but you can try anyway.

WolfgangPC,
The thing we have to realize is that the Settings in the Software are base on overall settings and covers a larger area.
mnosteele gives out setting that he thinks may work best for you base on what you tell him. And he does a great job at that.
Tweaking an Internet has many factors that needs to be addressed such as what your provider gives and the latency of your connections and so forth.
So what we try to do is give you setting that may work best for you.
This is why feedbacks are important! ;)

No Question is a dumb Question when it comes to Tweaking!

Hers my latest teTCP options string = 020405a001010402

MTU = 1480
MTU is optimized for Windows XP PPoE DSL broadband. If not, consider raising MTU to 1500 for optimal throughput.

MSS = 1440
Maximum useful data in each packet = 1440, which equals MSS.
MSS is optimized for Windows XP PPPoE DSL broadband. If not, consider raising MTU to 1500 for maximum throughput.

Default Receive Window (RWIN) = 31680
RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 0 bits
Unscaled Receive Window = 31680
RWIN is a multiple of MSS
Other values for RWIN that might work well with your current MTU/MSS:
506880 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 8)
253440 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 4)
126720 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 2)
63360 (MSS x 44)

bandwidth * delay product:
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 1267.2 kbps (158.4 KBytes/s) @ 200ms
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 506.88 kbps (63.36 KBytes/s) @ 500ms

MTU Discovery (RFC1191) = ON

Time to live left = 51 hops
TTL value is ok.

Timestamps (RFC1323) = OFF

Selective Acknowledgements (RFC2018) = ON

IP type of service field (RFC1349)= 11101000
Precedence (priority) = 111 (Network Control)
Delay = 0 (normal delay)
Throughput = 1 (high throughput)
Reliability = 0 (normal reliability)
Cost = 0 (normal cost)

Remember WolfgangPC the TCP/IP Analyzer is just that, an analyzer. It is just a tool to check your current TCP/IP settings, you need to post your current speed test results from a good ftp server also.

Your profile says your ISP is Sympatico which has caps of 960/120 if that is the case your speed and settings are perfect. But you just said you have Bellsouth, my records show their caps at 1500/256, which do you actually have and what are your actual caps?

Well i am also from canada, and i dont have any caps on my connection, what would be a good test to find out what kind of speed im getting. Something that i would be able to share. I know i have a great connection, but that doesn't help when it comes to online gamming. I have been told that they are very different from speed tweaking. Any direction would be great. TKU :rolleyes: Oh and btw, isp is called "EASTLINK" cable and im running windows XP PRO.
