Kinda like Timex, takes a lickin and keeps on tickin

One of the kids has been complainin about how slow and flakey his pute has been for a month or so, 500 CEL. Since hes the viris king I dont jump and run....Well anyhoo. I tore his box down last night.
Friggin fan had died on the proccessor. I figger its been runnin 24/7 with no workin fan for about a month :)
Slap a new heatsink and fan on it, a little tune up and runs like a champ.
Lets see your AMD's live through that

On the other hand the intel machine will keep on running forever, where the amd machine will shutdown if the fan dies, the athlon xp with a mobo that supports temp shutdown is sure to keep ur amd safe.
