Sweet! I just ran UT for an hour and my cpu temp didnt freakin move!!! wow, guess its true, you need at least 10cfm more going out than going in to properly cool your pc.

Currently I have:

2 fans(25cfm each) blowin in on side
1 fan on gorb(22cfm)blowin down onto hs
1 fan bottom of case front(25 cfm) blowin in

1 fan (~20 cfm) blowin out back of case via psu
1 fan (90cfm) blowin out top front of case(temporarily mounted till I mod top of case) will post pic in a few.

total in=99
total out=110

end result=cpu heat doesnt budge. end of story. heheheheh.

There is always a way, you just might not like what you have to do to achieve it.

definately put more cfm out of case than into. the old put a fan over the processor doesnt produce any yield unless you have a higher cfm fan right on the hs than you have blowing onto the hs/fan combo, a good high output fan over your video cards will probably yield a 20 degree loss in temperature(mine did) I have an ati all in wonder pro and 2 voodoo 2's. it dropped my temps there by 20. also make sure the air is all moving in one general direction the best orientation(since hot air rises) is to put all your intakes in the lower half and all our blow holes in the top half of the case.

It is sisioft sandra and you can download the trial version(which is what I have) for free from HERE for free. This is the mainboard information icon about halfway down. there are lots of great benchmarks and info icons you can use in the demo version, i recommend it highly. I am currently running a p3 700e @ 903 via 1.28fsb with 1.9v and all my fans. The bottom one is the full overclock speed the top one is temps @ 868 via 1.65v

I think I a going to mod my case by putting a blow hole at the top. I have the Antec 1030B, which already has more exhaust than intake, but I want cooler :D
