i am trying to use my web cam for personal chat(1 on 1) but i have to open ports to change settings. i am using paltalk to chat with. but in order for people to see my video i need to open some new ports.. any help plzzzzzz

You'll have to find out from the webcam manufacturer what ports need to be open for the cam to be able to be browsed from the outside world. I have seen cameras that required 6 different ports to be open. Check with the manufacturer.
