cops brought me a subpeona to appear in court

Post by Randy »

booooo

while out biking one day
one of my buddies out ran the cops on his dirt bike which had no insurance, however i got pulled over and the cop asked me where i was camping. The cop then went to the campsite an hour later and handed out numerous violations to my buddy(900$ worth).

kinda weird manuever by the cop

anyway my buddy is fighting thease fines and now today the cop shows up at my house with a subpeona for me as a witness.

now i have to take the day off work who is going to pay for my lost wages?

this sucks

I was going to post a link to that thread, but the SG search results for "bullsh|t" were too numerous

If your subpoenaed, they will pay. It'll take forever to get your money and it sure won't cover a days lost wages. I never did get my payment from the court when they did it to me.

Umm, if you don't go, doesn't that usually mean they issue a warrant out on you for not turning up.

Smart move, Randy.Image

The bit about going I mean. Like the joke about the falic thing though. Nice touch. :D ;)

nice riding buddy you have there
he runs from the cops, and they come down on you

guilt by association, i guess
maybe you need a new riding buddy
this dude is too expensive to hang out with

btw, code 187 is cop talk for 'murder', I believe
